When I was a kid, my cousin got a job at a big chain restaurant and I was so excited to learn some food secrets, but I found out that this “chain restaurant” received their burger patties already precooked, pre-grilled (the grill marks were already on them) and then frozen and shipped to the “restaurant.”
I was shattered by the thought.
